We are thrilled to officially welcome Lyn Farmer to the Revesco Aviation Operations team as Operations Manager. Lyn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, developed over an impressive career spanning multiple industries and roles. She began her career as an Administration Manager at Australian Equipment Engineering, where she built a strong foundation in administrative and operational excellence over five years.

Lyn then transitioned to Alcoa, where she spent over seven years as a Mining Operations Administrator at the Huntly Mine Site – Myara Facility. In this role, she played a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of mining operations and managing complex administrative processes in a high-demand environment.

Her aviation journey began as a Flight Operations Administrator with National Jet Express at Perth Airport. This role allowed her to immerse herself in aviation operations and paved the way for her next position as an Operations Coordinator with Brooks Airways. Here, Lyn further enhanced her leadership and coordination skills, gaining valuable expertise in managing domestic and international air charter and medevac flights.

In 2024, Lyn joined Revesco Aviation as an Operations Coordinator, quickly showcasing her exceptional capabilities. Her dedication, strategic insight and extensive experience earned her a well-deserved promotion to Operations Manager, overseeing domestic and international private charter and air ambulance services. Lyn strongly believes that collaboration and teamwork are the cornerstones of success and we are excited to see her lead with this mindset.
