A note from our lovely clients

I wanted to take the opportunity to highlight your first-class team in Perth! This was our first time operating in/out of YPPH and also a first for our CEO. The professionalism, attention to detail and communication from Prasad and his team were truly top-notch. On arrival, Darshan, Nathaniel and Lyn took great care of us and welcomed us like royalty! On departure, Darshan and Mac brought the same high level of service.

Prasad went the extra mile in the morning to communicate the Border Force clearance process to us in detail (involving a double-block to the terminal), which gave us plenty of time to manage expectations with our passengers. We were truly grateful.

Prasad’s stellar leadership and management of the line team is most evident and impressive! We can’t wait for our return visit next year (and hopefully a longer stay)!
