What’s the difference
Not all Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) courses are the same—and if you’re serious about your aviation career, it’s worth knowing what to look for. At Revesco Aviation, we’ve trained over 200 pilots in the past four years—most of whom are now flying for airlines across Australia and internationally. What makes our MCC course different?
Recruiters Seek Revesco-Trained Pilots because…
1. Day Five Makes All The Difference
While many MCC courses finish after four days, Revesco Aviation’s Advanced Flight Training 4-day MCC Course includes a bonus fifth day. By Day Four, most pilots reach the required level of competency and more experienced pilots often have the confidence they need—but it’s Day Five that refines readiness for airline operations. The bonus day is available after Day Four for additional training if required to meet competency or it can be deferred for up to two years and used for Airline Pilot Interview Preparation or IFR consolidation time. It’s a valuable bonus that sharpens your skills and gives you the edge you need.
2. Face-to-Face Ground School
Multi-Crew Cooperation—just as the name suggests—isn’t only about flying skills; it’s about communication, leadership and teamwork. That’s why our ground school is delivered face-to-face. No webinars or self-paced modules. In aviation, people skills matter and we start building them from Day One.
3. Not a Box-Ticking Exercise
We don’t just teach to the minimum standard. Revesco instructors are committed to your success, with a focus on preparing you to pass real airline assessments. Our experienced trainers invest time in each trainee, working to ensure you leave with the confidence and competence airlines expect.
4. Industry-Current, Full-Time Instructors
All Revesco Aviation instructors have real-world airline experience in multi-crew environments and they train full-time—not part-time or casually. Our team stays updated with the latest aviation technology and training trends, so you’re learning what’s relevant now, not what was relevant five years ago.
5. High-Quality Simulators—Owned and Maintained by Us
We don’t lease simulator time—we own and maintain our training devices, which means consistency, quality and availability are always under our control. Your MCC training takes place on a reliable, professionally maintained platform that supports your learning every step of the way.
The Bottom Line – Revesco offers premium-level Multi-Crew Cooperation training, including a fifth day focused on real-world airline preparation—at the same price as most express courses. Give recruiters a reason to call you back. Take command and lock in your MCC course dates with Revesco Aviation Advanced Flight Training.
